MNDAA and TNLA Pledging as Brotherhood Alliance to Strive Together Until Revolutionary Goals are Achieved

The Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) and the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), as members of the Brotherhood Alliance of Arakan Army, have pledged to maintain their close friendship and support one another until their revolutionary goals are fully realized.

This commitment was made in a congratulatory message sent today to mark the 17th Anniversary of the founding of the Arakan Army (AA).

In the message, the Brotherhood Alliance expressed deep respect and honor for the Arakanese martyrs and heroes who have sacrificed their lives, souls, and bodies during the revolutionary battles.

Marking 17 years of marching toward the "Arakan Dream," the alliance also sent well-wishes for the Arakan Army and the entire people of Arakan to be free from all dangers and to swiftly achieve the "Arakan Vision," which entails full self-determination.

The message highlighted that the Arakan Army has withstood the hardships of the revolution and now successfully occupies and administers nearly all townships in Arakan, providing better governance and a secure life for the entire population.

It further stated that the achievement is a result of the unified vision of the Arakan Army and the Arakan people exemplifying the motto "Unity is Strength" and serves as an inspiring model of solidarity and sacrifice for all ethnic groups across Myanmar.

The Brotherhood Alliance also expressed pride in seeing the Arakan Army overcome political and military pressures from all sides to support not only the people of Arakan but also the liberation of the entire Myanmar population despite immense challenges.

The statement concluded that the Arakan Army’s efforts in standing with the revolutionary public and providing guidance and support reflect their admirable revolutionary spirit and the steadfast "Brotherhood Spirit" they hold toward their allies.
