Metta Development Foundation Provides Month's Worth of Food and Supplies to Nearly 4,000 IDPs in Kyaukphyu

The Metta Development Foundation provided a one-month supply of basic food items and essential household goods to nearly 4,000 internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Kyaukphyu Township, Arakha.
According to a statement released on August 29, Metta provided assistance for the month of July to a total of 3,970 individuals across 1,000 IDP households in Kyaukphyu Township. The aid package included basic food rations, household items, personal hygiene products, and feminine hygiene supplies.
Under the distribution program, each household received:
Rice: 50 kg
Cooking Oil: 6 liters
Pulses/Lentils: 20 kg
Canned Fish: 5 cans
Salt: 1 pack
Sugar: 2 packs
Additional Provisions: Household utilities, personal hygiene products, and feminine hygiene items.
Furthermore, Metta stated that it will continue collaborating with partner organizations to ensure timely humanitarian assistance reaches displaced people affected by conflict across Kyaukphyu Township.
