On October 11, 2025, a group called the Shibchar Dawah Circle (SDC) launched an anti-Arakanese hate campaign in Shibchar, a sub-district in Madaripur District, Bangladesh. The SDC is a student organization based in Shibchar that focuses on religious activities.

The pamphlets they distributed read:

“Kaladan from Naf, Arakan will be free!!!

The land drenched in blood has not stopped crying yet.

Women, children, elderly—all are still being tortured.

The world is silent, but we are Not silent!

Raise your voice for the Muslims of Arakan!

We want an end to oppression; we want the sunrise of justice!

InshaAllah, very soon we will start a poster program to highlight the ongoing massacre of Muslims in Arakan, right here in Shibchar sub-district, Madaripur district.

You can participate if you wish—the drive link is in the comments.

Download the posters and promote them in your area, InshaAllah.”

Meanwhile, on October 27, the Islamic terrorist group ARSA issued a press release announcing plans to escalate terrorist and jihadist attacks against the Arakan Army (AA) and innocent non-Muslim civilians in northern Arakan. Both incidents are coordinated.

In both instances, Dhaka authorities have failed to curb the rising instigation, hate speech, violence, and instability within their borders.
