The Arakan Army (AA) announced today that 8 people were killed and about 10 others injured when the Military Council carried out another airstrike using a jet fighter on Upper and Lower Ngalunzu village cluster in Kyaukphyu Township.
The statement said that on 11 December 2025 at 7:34 p.m., in the same manner as the bombing of Mrauk-U Hospital, the Military Council dropped two bombs from a jet fighter, committing yet another war crime.

Due to these deliberate airstrikes on civilians – a war crime repeatedly committed by the Military Council – a total of 8 innocent civilian men and women from Upper and Lower Ngalunzu villages were killed, and approximately 10 others (men and women) sustained injuries.
Additionally, on the night of 10 December 2025 after 9:00 p.m., the Military Council also bombed Mrauk-U People’s Hospital from the air, killing 34 people including healthcare workers and injuring 75 others.
