It has been reported that Dil Mohammad a native of Maungdaw who is a Muslim collaborator and puppet of the terrorist Myanmar military that cooperated with them during the 2024 battles in the Maungdaw region, is currently conducting speeches and mobilization activities in refugee camps in Bangladesh toward the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026.
Dil Mohammad visited the Kutupalong refugee camps in Cox's Bazar district, Bangladesh, once on November 10 of last year, once on December 20, and once on January 3 of this year, holding public meetings and gatherings.
During these gatherings attended by Dil Mohammad and his group, Muslim refugees from the camps welcomed them with garlands, as seen in video footage. On January 3 yesterday, at a public meeting led by Dil Mohammad 's Rohingya Committee for Peace and Repatriation (RCPR) in Kutupalong Refugee Camp No. 5, Dil Mohammad stated: "The main perpetrator of the first genocide in 2027 was Dr. Aye Aung, who told Senior General Min Aung Hlaing to protect the Rakhine ethnic people, causing Min Aung Hlaing to side with his brother-in-law's ethnic group and carry out clearance operations in Rohingya villages and towns within a week."
In addition, Tin Soe Naing (aka Ali Juha Da) from the RCPR group said: "The refugee camp is not our place; everyone must prepare to return to our homeland. For the peace of our country and our people, the Rohingya must unite, and the country must become an Islamic nation."
When Dil Mohammad conducts these speeches and mobilization activities in the refugee camps, he is seen dressing like Bangladeshi politicians—wearing a kurta (long shirt), a waistcoat jacket on top, sunglasses, and a cap.

Dil Mohammad played a leading role in willingly recruiting Muslims as people's militia during the 2024 Maungdaw battles, collaborating with the terrorist Myanmar military in burning and destroying local villages, setting fire to the main market in Buthidaung town, and arresting and killing local Rakhine, Hindu, and Muslim residents in Maungdaw township.
During the battle for Maungdaw town in August 2024, he fled to Bangladesh with his group, and it is known that many Muslim civilians died along the way due to his actions.
Currently, sources report that Dil Mohammad has been conducting speeches on repatriation in Bangladesh refugee camps since around November of last year and continuing recently, while also mobilizing to gain increased public support.
Observers of national affairs are questioning whether the Myanmar military could be involved behind these mobilization and speech activities by the military puppet Dil Mohammad.
