CDF-Paletwa Restricts Adults and Youth from Leaving Paletwa Township

The Chinland Defense Force (Chinland Defense Force - Paletwa) has announced a restriction on adults and youth from Paletwa Township leaving the area, as stated in a release issued on December 20.

The Chinland Defense Force has been standing as a revolutionary force in the Paletwa region, handling political and administrative matters during the revolutionary period up to the present day. The statement emphasizes that it is a historical duty for the local youth to join their force and carry out defense responsibilities within the region.

It has been learned that, except for health and education-related matters, the force has restricted adults and youth in the area from leaving Paletwa in order to jointly fulfill these duties by joining the force.

It is also reported that the Paletwa region is under the control of the Arakan Army (ULA/AA), which is implementing development projects and efforts for stability and peace.
