Among the Muslims who were sentenced or detained due to connections with the fascist terrorist military council (SAC) forces, the Islamist extremist militant groups ARSA, RSO, and other terrorist organizations, 82 releasable Muslims were granted amnesty and released on November 7 as a commemorative gesture for the Arakan Army Commander-in-Chief's 47th birthday.
During the 2024 fighting period, among the Muslims who were sentenced or detained for connections with the terrorist military council (SAC) forces, including ARSA, RSO, and other terrorist organizations, a total of 82 Muslims—including those with lighter sentences, elderly Muslims, and Muslims who had undergone military training under the SAC before surrendering to our side and being held in custody—were released on November 7 at 3:30 PM.

In this release process, in the presence of members of the District Muslim Relief Council, district-level jury members, and relevant officials from the Arakan People's Revolutionary Government, they were handed over to their family members, pledges were signed, and they were released.
