In Rakhine State, Taungup Township, near Mee Chaung Thoe village, the Mahapyinnyarkyaw Free Private High School was bombed from the air by the terrorist military junta, according to reports.
A local resident told AB News that the junta dropped a 500-pound bomb on the Mahapyinnyarkyaw Free Private High School today, October 27, at around 7:00 PM.

"Around 7:00 PM, a fighter jet came and dropped a bomb. There were no people living inside the school buildings, so there were no casualties. However, some school buildings were damaged," the resident said.
Since no one was residing at the Mahapyinnyarkyaw Free Private High School, only some structures were damaged.
The junta also bombed Ann Township yesterday, October 26, at 3:28 PM and again at 3:32 PM—twice in total—resulting in the death of an 8-year-old child.
Similarly, on the same day in the evening, a youth member of the Pure Heart Foundation, who was engaged in humanitarian relief work near Kwun Taung village in Ponnagyun Township, was killed by a junta drone bomb attack.

Furthermore, on October 25, the junta used jet fighters to attack the area between Thain Chaung village and Pyar Kwin village in Kyaukphyu Township (locally known as Palaung Chaung vicinity) twice, injuring two civilian youths.
Facing defeats on multiple fronts, the military junta continues to deliberately bomb and terrorize civilian populations, committing ongoing acts of terrorism.
