One innocent civilian was killed and three others were injured after the terrorist Myanmar military launched airstrikes using jet fighters on Thandwe Town, Arakan, on the morning of September 7.

The deceased was identified as 80-year-old Daw Than Than Kywel from No. 8 Ward, Thandwe Town. The injured individuals, also from No. 8 Ward, are Ma Mya Mya Myint Aung (28), Daw Aye Aye Kywel (66), and Ko Yan Naing Htet (28).

According to local residents, a terrorist Myanmar military jet fighter dropped two 300-pound bombs over No. 8 Ward in Thandwe Town at approximately 10:30 AM on September 7, while also opening fire with machine guns.

Daw Than Than Kywel was killed instantly at the scene by the airstrike, while Ma Mya Mya Myint Aung, Daw Aye Aye Kywel, and Ko Yan Naing Htet sustained injuries from bomb shrapnel.

The injured are currently receiving emergency medical treatment, and reports confirm that six civilian homes collapsed and were destroyed in the bombing.

Following the morning raid, the terrorist military carried out another round of airstrikes on Thandwe Town at around 3:00 PM today.

The ULA/AA has issued warnings urging local residents across Arakan to exercise heightened caution against aerial hazards, as the terrorist military escalates airstrikes across most townships, including non-combat zones.
