ULA Provides One-Month Food Rations for 57 Displaced Households in Mrauk-U

The United League of Arakan (ULA) provided a one-month supply of rice, cooking oil, and salt to 57 displaced households in Mrauk-U Township, Rakhine State, yesterday on September 26.

Led by the ULA's Township Displacement Committee, food aid was provided for 165 individuals across 57 displaced households in Mrauk-U Township.

The distribution included a one-month supply of rice allocated at a rate of 2 condensed-milk cans of rice per person per day, along with 1 viss (~1.6 kg) of salt and 1 liter of cooking oil per household.

The Humanitarian and Development Coordination Office (HDCO), Township Administrative Department, Education Department, Health Department, DELPs, and Women's Forces also collaborated and assisted in the relief process.

Additionally, on September 15, the ULA provided one month of food supplies—including rice, cooking oil, and salt to 320 individuals across 97 displaced households from 5 villages in Mrauk-U Township.
