In Rakhine State, Minbya Town, Myo Thit Ward was attacked by the terrorist military commission forces with a 500-pound bomb dropped from the air at around 8:15 PM on November 7, 2025.

Due to the bombing attack, two men were killed and about 10 others were injured.

The deceased were 53-year-old U U Maung Thein and another elderly person (name still being confirmed).

The injured include 12-year-old Min Hein Soe, son of U Maung Than Tun from Khawa Sai Tan Ward; 25-year-old Thazin Nwe, daughter of U Maung Hla from Kyeephyu Village; 32-year-old Daw Nyio Nyio Aye, daughter of U Ba Thein from Kyeephyu Village; and 72-year-old U San Thein, daughter of U Maung Phyu Chan (initial reports).

Additionally, due to the bombing attack, the classroom and some homes of school teacher Daw Nyio Nyio Aye from Kyeephyu Village were also destroyed.

A local man said: "At that time, we had just finished dinner and were resting for a while. The explosion sound made everyone panic. We heard the plane sound, and soon after, the bomb fell. We have no place to hide. Deliberately targeting and attacking areas where civilians live like this is completely inhumane." He told AB News.

Regarding the bombing, AB News is continuing to compile the list of injured persons.

On the same day, the terrorist military commission forces also carried out airstrikes on two locations in Pauktaw Township.

The military commission forces attacked Aung Phyu Pyin Village in Pauktaw Township with two bombs dropped by suicide drones at 11:29 AM on November 7, resulting in one woman being injured.

Similarly, at 11:30 AM, Yoe Tarut Village in Pauktaw Township was attacked with two bombs dropped by jet fighters, killing five people on the spot—four women and one man—and injuring seven others—three women and four men.

On the same day, the military commission forces also shelled Kwantaung Village in Pauktaw Township with 120mm heavy artillery from the terrorist military commission battalion 344 based in Sittwe, injuring one 55-year-old elderly man.

From November 13, 2023, to September 30, 2025, due to the killings by the terrorist military commission forces, 970 local people in Rakhine were killed, 2,054 were injured, and 1,000 were unlawfully arrested, according to a statement from HDCO.

Among them, 443 civilians were killed and 1,015 injured due to airstrikes.

The Arakan Army strongly condemns such cowardly airstrikes by the military commission on civilians and, in a statement issued on October 31, urged the public to be especially vigilant against the military commission's airstrikes.

The military commission, which had a bilateral ceasefire with MNDAA and TNLA of the Northern Brotherhood Alliance that carried out Operation 1027, is now seen intensifying military offensives more than before against Rakhine, which is captured and controlled by the Arakan Army (AA).

On one hand, the coup military commission is preparing to hold a sham election and filming propaganda movies, while on the other hand, it is carrying out intense daily airstrikes on areas controlled by revolutionary groups.
