Three local civilians were injured after the Military Commission forces dropped eight bombs using a Y-12 aircraft on Bhaya, Kalatwin, and Thitkatoe villages in Kyaukphyu Township, Arakan, on the night of June 6th.

In addition, local sources reported that the explosions damaged a Buddhist monastery and destroyed a residential home.

The injured individuals have been identified as Ma Su Nway Lin (12 years old), a war displaced person from Taungmaw Village temporarily sheltering near the Thitkatoe Village monastery; U Chit Lwin (50 years old), from the Alal Su ward of Sane Town; and Daw Than Yi (69 years old), a visitor to Thitkatoe Village from Sanhtoe Village, Ma-ei Town, Taungup Township.

At around 10:30 PM on June 6th, the terrorist Military Commission used a Y-12 aircraft to drop two bombs on Bhaya Village in Kyaukphyu Township. Some of these bombs landed and exploded inside the village monastery compound, damaging the monastery's walls and window panes.

Later, at approximately 11:46 PM, the terrorist Military Council's Y-12 aircraft targeted Kalatwin Village in Kyaukphyu Township again, dropping three bombs. This attack completely destroyed the home of villager U Tun Khin, killed and injured three cows belonging to U Kyaw Than Nu, and killed two pigs owned by U Kyaw Sein Chay, causing extensive damage to property owned by local residents.

Furthermore, at around 12:15 AM, the terrorist military's Y-12 aircraft dropped three more bombs on Thitkatoe Village in Kyaukphyu Township. The shrapnel hit and injured three internally displaced persons (IDPs) who were sheltering near the village monastery. A pig belonging to U Maung Maung Lwin was also hit by shrapnel and killed.

Facing continuous military defeats, the fascist terrorist military has been intentionally escalating its airstrikes on towns and villages inhabited by civilians who have no connection to the ongoing conflict.
