A cow was killed and two others were injured after the military council's air force attacked Lont Taw Pauk Village in Mae It Sub-township, Taungup Township, Arakan State, using two jet fighters that dropped six bombs at around 12:20 PM today, October 14, according to local sources.

The airstrike was carried out by two military council jet fighters, which dropped a total of six bombs.

The aerial attack resulted in two injured cows, the destruction of an electricity transmission tower, and damage to several IDP (internally displaced person) homes.

"The first bomb landed near the Lont Taw Pauk Bridge," said a local resident of Lont Taw Pauk. "After that, they circled and dropped them one by one, so it was terrifying. We didn't even know where they would drop next, and it felt like there was nowhere left to run."

Similarly, on October 11, a military council airstrike in Wira Thani Township, Arakan State, resulted in 7 civilian deaths and at least 17 injuries.

Throughout October, the military council has been continuously conducting airstrikes on various areas across Arakan State, escalating fears and concerns regarding the safety and lives of civilian populations.
