In Teknaf Township, Cox’s Bazar District, Bangladesh, local media reported that on the night of November 20, the Islamist extremist militant terrorist group ARSA kidnapped a local businessman again.
At around 9 p.m. on November 20, in West Leda village, near the Muslim refugee camp in the Nila Union of Teknaf town, members of the Islamist extremist militant terrorist group ARSA broke into the home of a local businessman named Nurul Islam and abducted him.
The abducted 50-year-old Nurul Islam is a local resident. Eyewitnesses confirmed that the ARSA terrorist group seized him and dragged him toward the hills.
Nurul Islam’s son, Kamal Hossain, who was at home during the incident, said: "Around 9 p.m., these terrorists suddenly stormed into the house. They called for my father and took him away. The terrorists also beat the people who were in the house and looted valuable items. They were carrying heavy weapons."

Some bullet casings were left at the scene, and they are reportedly foreign-made ammunition.
Kamal Hossain reported to the authorities that his father had been kidnapped by the ARSA militant group. Subsequently, Officer-in-Charge Shafiqul Islam Raju from Camp No. 24 in Leda, under the 16th Armed Police Battalion (APBn), arrived at the scene.

Afterward, an exchange of gunfire took place between ARSA terrorists and police forces.
Extremist Islamist terrorist militant groups have established camps on the hills adjacent to the incident site, and the abduction was carried out by these terrorists.
Local residents are now living in extreme fear and anxiety. They are demanding the immediate rescue of the abducted Nurul Islam and an increase in security in the area.
At present, ARSA — which is allegedly supported and nurtured by Bangladesh’s DGFI (Directorate General of Forces Intelligence) — has begun attacking Bangladeshi citizens again.
