It is reported that a fundraising football tournament will be organized for war-affected citizens in Arakan, spearheaded by the "Aing Gyi Rakhine New Generation Youth Philanthropic Association" and the "SUNWAY-FC" football team in Malaysia.

The football match will reportedly be held on November 10 in Johor, Malaysia.

The tournament is being jointly organized to help people struggling with livelihoods due to the war in Arakan, and to mark the 1st anniversary of the founding of the "Aing Gyi Rakhine New Generation Youth Philanthropic Association" and the "SUNWAY-FC" football team.

It is known that 24 teams, with 11 players per team, will participate in the competition. Prizes will include 7,000 RM in Malaysian Ringgit for the first prize, 4,000 RM for the second prize, 3,000 RM for the third prize, along with 6 other prizes to be awarded.

Currently, there are hundreds of thousands of war-affected people inside Arakan facing livelihood difficulties and a need for healthcare services. Furthermore, because the terrorist military has been conducting bombings even targeting IDP camps, displaced populations are facing numerous hardships.
