As a result of airstrikes and heavy artillery bombardments by the Military Council on areas controlled by the Arakan Army, a total of 115 civilians have been killed or injured, according to a statement released by the Arakan Responders for Emergency (ARE).
This figure covers only the casualties caused by the Military Council’s terrorist acts in Rakhine State from October 29 to November 28, 2025.
Across seven townships in Rakhine State, the Military Council’s terrorist actions have resulted in:
38 civilians killed
77 civilians injured → Total: 115 people affected.
The ARE is an organization that provides medical treatment, financial assistance, and food/supply support to victims of the Military Council’s terrorist actions.

At present, ARE is facing severe difficulties while urgently trying to arrange emergency medical care, housing reconstruction, and basic survival needs for more than 100 affected individuals.
Therefore, the Arakan Relief Effort (ARE) has announced that it urgently requires donations and humanitarian assistance to help save lives and support the recovery of the victims mentioned above.
